- What is the cost of the course and how do I pay?
The cost is $39.99 ($25 for California). You can pay immediately using a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. You may also pay by mailing a money order to:

- Is it secure to send my credit card information over the Internet?
Yes, due to the sensitive nature of credit card transactions, we use a secure site for your credit card information. - What happens if I get disconnected?
If you get disconnected from your internet provider for any reason, simply reconnect and log back into the course. You will start on the segment you left off and your performance will not be affected. - Can I start the course at one location and continue at another?
Yes! The course is designed to be convenient. You may take the course 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can access the course from any location that has internet access. - Which browsers can I use for this course?
The listed browsers have been tested to work with our course. Other browsers may work but have not yet been tested:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 and higher
- Mozilla Firefox 1.5 or higher

- What happens if I have problems while taking the course or the system malfunctions for any reason?
If you experience any problem while taking the course, please call 800-505-5095 for assistance. We have technical staff that can assist you 24 hours a day, seven days a week with any problems you may experience while taking the course. If for any reason you encounter a system outage or interruption while taking the course, our staff can provide you with accurate estimates on repair times so you can properly budget the remaining time you have left to complete the course.
