- How long do I have to complete the course?
Our program allows up to 120 calendar days to complete the 4-hour course once you have registered. Our course is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. - How many credits will this course take off my driving record?
Our course can provide you with a four point credit on your Indiana driving record. - Is it secure to send my credit card information over the Internet?
Yes, due to the sensitive nature of credit card transactions, our program uses a secure site for your credit card information. - Is this course state approved?
Yes! The course is BMV approved. You may contact the BMV Defensive Driving Division at (317) 233-6000 and select option 1. - What are the requirements for successful completion?
In order to pass the course you must:- Attend the full 4-hour course
- Do not attempt to circumvent the course
- Accurately answer course content and personal validation questions
- Score a 70% or better on the final exam
- What if I score too low on the final exam?
If you score too low on your final examination, you may review course material online or speak to a instructor. - How will I receive my Certificate of Completion?
Upon successful completion of the course your information will be sent electronically to the BMV. No certificate is necessary. - What happens if I get disconnected?
If you get disconnected from your internet provider for any reason, simply reconnect and log back into the course. You will start on the segment you left off and your performance will not be affected. - Can I start the course at one location and continue at another?
Yes! Our course is designed to be convenient. You may take the course 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can access the course from any location that has internet access. - Which browsers can I use for this course?

- What happens if I have problems while taking the course or the system malfunctions for any reason?
If you experience any problem while taking the course, please call 800-505-5095 for assistance. We have technical staff that can assist you 24 hours a day, seven days a week with any problems you may experience while taking the course. If for any reason you encounter a system outage or interruption while taking the course, our staff can provide you with accurate estimates on repair times so you can properly budget the remaining time you have left to complete the course.
